These terms apply to this website and to the Trade Line Receptionist answering service. The service is run by [ADD NAME], a sole trader based in Nuneaton. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site or the line.

The service

Trade Line answers inbound calls for local trades when you cannot. We take the caller’s name, number, postcode, job and urgency, and we send you a job sheet. You can pay monthly or annually. The line is the same either way.

Trial, fees and cancelling

Every plan starts with 14 days free. There is no contract. You may cancel at any time. After the trial, the published monthly or annual fee applies. Prices on the site are shown excluding VAT.

Card payment on this website is not live. Client login billing is labelled example billing until you go live by telephone or text.

Your responsibilities

• You must be allowed to divert the inbound number you give us.
• You are responsible for the greeting, hours and services list you set, and for making sure they are accurate.
• Job sheets are for your use as the trade. You handle the work and any follow-up with the caller.

What we do not promise

We aim to answer and pass on every call promptly. We cannot guarantee that every call will connect, or that every job will convert to paid work. This is an answering line, not a sales desk, and not a national call centre.

Using this website

Do not misuse the site, try to break it, or use it to send junk or harmful content. Contact details shown as DEMO_NUMBER, MOBILE and EMAIL are placeholders until live details are confirmed.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Beyond that, our liability for the service is limited to the fees you have paid us in the three months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If we have a dispute we cannot settle, the courts of England and Wales will hear it.
